1/ Why micro-hustles
Unlike a business that needs capital, you need $0 here.
So it's risk-free and doesn't involve a lot of commitment either. It's an easy market to enter and, who knows maybe you can scale it to a full-time business.
2/ What you can do
You can
- hop onto Upwork/ Fiverr and get paid for your services
- teach on platforms like Udemy
- sell digital products (ebooks, lightroom presets, recipes, anything) on Gumroad
3/ Start by doing this
First, identify and deepen a skill or learn a new one. YouTube is free so you really have no excuses. I also worked on my writing by seeing pieces by people I love and improving my own work.
So learn and research.
And then set small, achievable goals. Don't compare your day 1 to someone else's day 100 or 1000.
Can an extra $100 improve your life? It could, and it'll give you the confidence that you can achieve so much more.
Honestly, the first $20 you make online will completely change your mindset about money!
4/ But make sure...
Anyone can start, but not everyone sticks. Stay at it by
- setting small goals
- constantly learning + improving
- trying to reinvest a portion of your earnings into upskilling
- delivering great work because then you'll get good testimonials as well as references
Finally
Make 2025 the year you do something different, fun, and rewards you in the long run.
Don't sit on your ideas for any longer.
You got this!
Love,
N
