I remember my Mondays from a few years ago where I'd start my day with a great morning workout and as I reached my workplace, my energy would just fall.
Too much movement.
Too many things are 'urgent'.
And the entire day is about piling up tasks for the week ahead.
In 2020, one book changed my life. It's what enabled me to do what I do today.
So I took the leap after 4 years to attend a transformational event.
