Here are ten quick lessons from 5 years of self-employment for you.

1. Being of service:
If you do anything only for the money, it won't work. When you do it to help others, people pay for it.
2. USD pricing:
Reduces customer journey friction as most people know their currency to USD rate, and helps me earn in a stronger currency.
3. Being aligned:
I've lost money on the table saying no to brands if they don't align with my values or terms. It initially wasn't easy, but it helps me sleep better at night.
4. Vibe check:
If we don't vibe, we aren't working together :)) No energy leakers at work or in life for me.
5. Bias for action:
I execute as soon as I think because I'm impatient, but also the internet rewards action, not thinking. This has helped me build programs I didn't know would run for years, but it's also why I fail frequently.
