• What is your goal to migrate from where you are to where you want to be?
• Break it into a few steps
• Break down the first step
• Integrate those elements into your February goal
At the end month, write:
• what worked?
• what didn’t work?
• challenges + how you overcame them
At the end of each week, write:
• how was your week?
• what worked and what didn’t?
• goals for the week ahead
It’s okay for goals to change.
It’s important to pivot at the right time.
Being fluid with your goals doesn’t mean you’re not committed to them.
