Hi friend,

We’re in the final few weeks of 2025.

Most people are writing New Year, New Me lists they’ll abandon by Jan 15th.

You don't have to be one of them. Not this time :)

Truth is:

  • Your goals don’t fail because you lack motivation.
  • They fail because you set them without self-awareness.

Every December, I spend two hours doing something that has changed how I achieve my goals. It’s not fancy, but it works.

I call it my 2-hour success date. If you do it before this year ends, it’ll set the tone for your 2026.

So grab a pen and paper, silence your phone, and let’s go.

1/ Go On a Date (With Yourself)

Find a quiet place. You could go to a nice, quiet cafe or just sit at your desk at home.

This is your time. No distractions, no people, no scrolling.

The goal here is simple: listen to yourself and reflect honestly.

2/ Reflect: Where Did 2025 Go?

Write freely. Zero filters. Be honest.

Ask yourself:

  • What went well this year?
  • What didn’t?
  • What made me happy?
  • What drained me?
  • What would I do differently if I had a second chance at this year?

Once done, write one more page describing your Ideal 2026, as if it’s already real.

  • What are you earning?
  • What kind of work are you doing?
  • How are you spending your days?
  • Who are you becoming?

The more specific you are, the clearer your next moves will be.

Think of it as scripting, directing, and producing your 2026. So you can act it out.

3/ Use The 4-Work Framework

You can do a lot of busy work for a whole year and still reach nowhere. I designed this framework to turn ideas into outcomes every year.

Inner Work

Understand what drives you.

  • What are your strengths?
  • What is making you feel dissatisfied?
  • What is the gap between where you are vs. where you want to be?

This will show you the gaps you need to work on. You can't fix what you can't see.

Outer Work

Turn that clarity into a plan. Break your 2026 goals into categories:

  • Financial
  • Work
  • Health
  • Personal

Then, write one action step under each, answering:

  • What are the steps to migrate from where you are to your goal?
  • Break down the first step.
  • Add that into your monthly goal.

Frequent Work

Set up a plan to review monthly progress.

This could be a calendar reminder or a scheduled email. At the end of every month, ask yourself:

  • What worked? What didn’t?
  • What challenges did you face and overcome?
  • What will need to change next month?

Fluid Work

Remember to stay flexible. Your mind and priorities can change. This will affect your goals.

Fluid work will help you take actions you never planned for, but somehow turned out to be epic.

Keep that space open in your life :)

4/ Create a Vision Board (Optional)

I make mine on Canva every December and set it as my desktop wallpaper.

I don't believe that just looking at it will manifest it magically. But I do believe that if I look at it often, it will keep me anchored on what I’m working toward each day.

This tricks your subconscious into believing that it’s already happened. So you move like that.

Moving Forward…

If you do this 2-hour exercise before 2026 begins, you’ll start the year with clarity most people never find.

Your next 12 months depend on these 2 hours.

So, take that time for yourself.

Because the more aligned you are with who you truly are, the faster everything else falls into place.

Love,
N
