A lot of people keep thinking and searching online about:
"How to make money online?"
Most videos will cover similar stuff - find your niche, work on it, start selling products or services.
But this feels hard or rather... unachievable.
So you keep consuming more and more content around this. You try to find that one answer, one action point that finally moves things for you.
Now, ask yourself these three questions instead.
It'll help you 10x more than the rabbit hole you're digging.
Note: I am sending this newsletter on a Sunday because I had unexpected travel plans Thursday through Saturday. Hey, but it's still Saturday somewhere :))
1. "How can I be of service?"
The easiest way to build a business is to solve a real problem.
- How can you help others?

What is something you're a bit better at
-
How can you help others live a better life?(whatever that may mean to you)
Too many people keep looking for ways but never ask this question.
Why would someone pay you if you aren't helping others?
When I was a freelance writer charging $500/ article, I was earning that much because I was helping the business get more views, more eyes, more money.
Now when I teach my course, I help people either earn 2x of that back if that's their goal or set them on a path that they can earn it themselves.
2. "How can I add value through my content?"
Talk about what you know on a platform because it's the ONLY way to build leverage today. You
- establish credibility
- engage with like-minded people
- build relationships
All of this, when done long enough, makes opportunities come to you instead of you running after them.
This happens when people trust that you know what you're talking about and can help them solve problems.
3. "What's a process I genuinely enjoy?"
Listen, having a side hustle pay you back is a long journey, a tough one. It's the reason most people don't stick through long enough because showing up consistently when you see zero results isn't easy.
But unlike your corporate job, at least it can be fun!
However,
- this journey is uncertain
- algorithms keep changing
- you can work hard and see zero results
No two days are predictable.
So if you leave this journey to motivation... it won't help at all.
Instead, do something that's fun for you.
Like writing is for me - I don't care how many likes I get. I show up every day because I find the process super fun!
Be process obsessed, not outcome obsessed.
